2021-03-02 Release Notes

By Anna-Lea Dieringer, Co-Founder & CXO

Can you believe it’s March already?! To kick off this month known to be ‘in like a lion, out like a lamb’, we’re excited to announce our second release of 2021. This release showcases three new features requested by some of our first and best customers.

Below is a brief overview of new features worth roaring about: Custom Tags, Download Grid as CSV, and Copy / Paste Insights. We hope you find them useful for custom portfolio segment analysis and owner and executive reporting. And, as always, we look forward to your feedback!

New: View Your Properties However You Want To With Custom Tags
There are certain filters that make sense for any and all owners and operators, like ‘Owner’, ‘City’, or ‘State’. Then, there are other ways you want to view your portfolio data that are unique to your role, your team, and your company. For instance, perhaps you want to view only properties associated with a certain portfolio manager, fund, or third-party manager. Now, you can apply enhanced filtering including new custom tags to slice and dice your sub-portfolio in just exactly the way you want to see it.

New: Access Your Data and Insights Offline with CSVs and Text Insights
Weekly and ad-hoc reporting can be a pain, especially when it comes to manual data capture, aggregation and input. Remarkably aims to ease that pain. Today, we are releasing the ability to download grid data as a CSV file, so you can access and manipulate your data offline. Starting now, you can enjoy using CSV downloads of your portfolio performance overview, referral sources, and alerts grids. In addition, you can now copy and paste portfolio or property chart narrative insights for use in emails and documents.

Thank you to the multifamily industry experts who inspired and influenced this release. Special thanks to the following people who provided in-depth feedback on these features, and many more:

Custom Tags: Anna S., Joanna R., Rachel S., Paul E., Andrew H., and Faith A.
