Remarkably has a custom integration with Google Analytics, which is our data source for New Website Visitor volumes in any given date range.
We display New Website Visitor volumes in Channel Analysis in two ways:
- As a Total, which shows the total number of New Website Visitors to your property website during the date range selected. This value matches the ‘New Website Visitors’ chart value in the ‘Upper Funnel’ tab.
- As Source-specific sub-totals, which show the number of New Website Visitors that users have:
- Matched to a PMS Lead source (such as ApartmentList or Apartments.com), and/or
- Distributed from a PMS Lead Source (such as Property Website).

You may notice that the sub-total values don’t ‘add up’ to the Total value. That’s because most users won’t match or distribute all Lead sources to 100% of all New Website Visitors during the date range selected. That’s perfectly acceptable and to be expected, as not all website traffic can or should be attributed to a Lead source.
