Adding properties is required to make data connections and make portfolio and property analytics visible in the Remarkably webapp. Adding and deactivating properties also dictates how customers are billed Remarkably onboarding and subscription fees.

Here’s how Admins can add a property to Remarkably:

  1. Click on the ‘Admin’ button at the top right of the webapp. If you can’t see it, you may need to clear your cache, or ensure you have Admin permissions.
  2. Select ‘Properties’ from the Admin menu, and navigate to the ‘Admin: Properties’ section and ‘Properties’ tab.

  3. In the ‘Properties’ tab, if you already have properties on Remarkably, you may see a grid containing a list of properties you have Admin access to. If not, it’s time to add one!
  4. To add a new property to Remarkably, make sure you’re still on the ‘Properties’ tab, then click the ‘Add Property’ button (at the top of the Properties section).

  5. A form will launch to capture required property information, including the property name, address, and billing email address. Click ‘Save’ once you’re done here.
  6. Once you’ve saved your new property information, you’ll see the property information listed in the ‘Properties’ grid.

Notes:

  • Only Admins can view and add Properties in the ‘Admin’ view.
  • Adding properties must be done one property at a time.

Here’s how Admins can edit property information in Remarkably:

  1. Admins can change property information such as the property name, address, or billing email address directly in Remarkably by clicking on the three dots at the far right of the property row, which will then display the contextual menu.
  2. Select ‘Edit Property Information’ from the menu. This will launch your populated form, and you can make changes as required and save them.

Here’s how Admins can deactivate a property in Remarkably:

  1. Admins can deactivate a property directly in Remarkably by clicking on the three dots at the far right of the property row, which will then display the contextual menu.
  2. Select ‘Deactivate Property’ from the menu.
  3. Upon confirming, the property will show as ‘Deactivation Pending’, and data connections will stop pulling in data after 31 days.
  4. Once data connections have stopped pulling in data, the property will show as ‘Deactivated’.

Notes:

  • Customers will not receive invoices for ‘Deactivated’ properties.
  • ‘Deactivated’ properties will not display in the Remarkably webapp.
  • To re-activate a property, customers must contact Support at support@remarkably.io at this time.
  • Customers must contact Support at support@remarkably.io to deactivate an Account and entire associated portfolio of properties.
