Remarkably offers two types of user permissions by property: Admin and Member. See below for specific information about role-based permissions.
- Admin
- Property Admins are granted permission from any property, via the ‘invite users’ feature at the top right of the property page (indicated by avatars and a ‘plus’ sign)
- For example, visible from the Channel Analysis tab
- Property Admins are able to:
- View and select from the ‘Admin’ menu, including:
- Properties
- Add or manage properties on the Remarkably platform
- Connections
- Add or manage data connections integrated with the Remarkably platform
- Expenses
- Add or manage property marketing expenses
- Referral Sources
- Add or manage property referral source matches or distributions
- Properties
- Invite other property Admins and Members to properties
- Create property custom tags for portfolio filtering
- View and do everything Members have permission to do (see below)
- View and select from the ‘Admin’ menu, including:

- Member
- Members are also granted permission from any property, via the ‘invite users’ feature at the top right of the property page (indicated by avatars and a ‘plus’ sign)
- For example, visible from the Channel Analysis tab
- Property Members can:
- View portfolios they are members of
- View properties they are members of
- View the ‘Explore’ or ‘KPI’ view of any property KPI, including referral source details
- View and set Alerts
- Create reports for properties they are members of
- Members are also granted permission from any property, via the ‘invite users’ feature at the top right of the property page (indicated by avatars and a ‘plus’ sign)
