How are my Leased %, Occupied %, and Exposed % calculated?

Leased %, Occupied %, and Exposed % KPI values are based on unit statuses. Each calculation is outlined below.

Leased %

[The total number of Occupied units (including those On Notice) + the number of Vacant Rented units] / the total number of units

Occupied %

The total number of Occupied units (including those On Notice) / the total number of units

Exposed %

[The total number of Vacant Unrented units (including ready and not ready) + the number of Occupied Notice Unrented units] / the total number of units
