If Testing failed, it could be due to a few things. Here are some possible causes and suggested fixes.

Yardi Voyager:

  • Your Yardi Voyager property configuration prevents testing with current settings, and it requires adjustment. Learn more.
  • The PMS instance information added is incorrect, and requires correction.
  • The property code is incorrect, and requires correction.
  • The PMS instance was tethered to the wrong property and property code in the Admin: Connections section, and requires correction.
  • The data source was unavailable at time of backfill request (e.g. the testing request occurred during a maintenance window, or during issue-related downtime), and should be tried again later.

Google Analytics:

  • Your Google Analytics configuration prevents testing with current settings, and it requires adjustment. Learn more.
  • The ID is incorrect, and requires correction.
  • The ID was tethered to the wrong property in the Admin: Connections section, and requires correction.
  • The data source was unavailable at time of backfill request (e.g. the testing request occurred during a maintenance window, or during issue-related downtime), and should be tried again later.
